Gina Wilson is a Child Development Specialist and Associate Professor of Child Development at Palomar Community College. She loves sharing her knowledge and passion for children from conception-adolescence with the next generation of teachers, case workers, and parents. Gina received her Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State University in Child & Family Studies and her Master’s Degree from Pacific Oaks College in Human Development. She sees herself as a lifelong learning and has continued her education receiving certifications as a Postpartum Doula from DONA and Prenatal and Perinatal Educator from APPPAH. Gina applies and expands her knowledge of child development in the raising of her two sons, now 14 and 16 years old.
